With the introduction of new initiatives promoted from European Aviation Safety Agency, theEASA e-examination is the main step made in the standardization of training necessary for the qualification of directive employees about the regulation and the legislation. The aim of th examination, developed by means to an opened consultation in co-participation withEASA, is to promote a uniform and hgh level of knoledge of the EU Civil Safety Legislation.As per detail under the voice courses and exams, at th end of the course, or after an autonomous learning, the exam could be taken at NEOS, which has obtained the identification as EASA e-examination provider and, in case of passing of th exam with positive result the Certificate of Achievement .The Certificate of Achievement is an EASA document which declares an high level of knowledge of law as the topic of the exam, is to specify which it does not give any special right or privilege, nor there is a connection with the exams Part 66/ Part 147.
