Presentati il 26 Febbraio 2019 presso l'Hilton Garden Inn Milan Malpensa - Via Giuseppe Mazzini, 63 - 21019 Somma Lombardo (Va) e candidati per entrare a far parte del Crew Neos. Flight Operation Engineering Senior Officer

We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

BACKGROUND

  • University level culture or equivalent (e.g. university, military academy, officer school programs, etc.)
  • Experience in technical/ engineering area in any aviation related area
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Professional knowledge of Office Automation Tools
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Ability to work in group
  • Result and service oriented

Are considered a plus:

  • Experience as Flight Operation Engineer for Boeing Fleet
  • Experience in other airlines especially abroad
  • Experience in any IT related area
  • Any international experience
  • Knowledge of PET and OPT tool

MISSION

Be a key player of Flight Operations Engineering Dept. and be able to sustain the change needed to create a "center of knowledge" used by Flight Crew, Flight Operation Post Holder, Engineering, Safety and all management as a source of accurate information and analysis about all operational issues.

ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Aircraft performance, route and airport suitability analysis (scheduled and charter flights including ETOPS 120’ and 180’)
  • MEL management
  • Definition of Risk Assessment documentation and support safety analysis
  • Aircraft navigation databases and software updates
  • Design and realize initiatives to improve fuel efficiency & reduce fuel costs
  • Support Engineering Dept. in acceptance of new aircraft
  • EFB solution design, implantation and administration
  • Operational documentation
  • IOSA/IATA certification and Legislative and regulatory compliance support
  • Aircraft performance and weight and balance

Cabin And System Engineer

Ref: ENG/132018 Cabin And System Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

EDUCATION

  • diploma di Perito in costruzioni aeronautiche with 3 years of experience working in aircraft maintenance/airline environment
  • Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering with at least 2 years working in aerospace industry, focused on aircraft cabin systems support
  • Good written and spoken English is required

An advantage will be considered a previous work experience within an airline or an aircraft operator as a technical support staff inside a Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO). Knowledge of EASA certification regulation and Part 21 will be appreciated.

REQUEST

The candidate will join the airline engineering department in cabin and systems engineering area section in charge of supporting Boeing 737-800, 767, 787 and 737 Max. Neos engineering has three main areas of activities: it is the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization for the operator, it works as production engineering in support of Neos maintenance organization and manage, with external supplier, aircraft modifications in support of operations (mainly cabin and avionics/IFE mod). Main duties will be to work together with the team, reporting to the system and structure area manager and to the engineering manager.

  • Modification evaluation and their project management. The candidate is expected to be able to draft a technical request for proposal to external supplier, to deal with P21 or other supplier, and lead the projects to completion
  • Support to Part 145 for fleet cabin maintenance to identify cabin and seats part. It will also be in charge to deal with other company departments and external supplier to keep track and orderly deployments for all cabin support part development
  • Continuous airworthiness and technical surveillance of the fleet
  • Manufacturer Service Bulletins evaluation
  • Fleet Reliability analysis

Structure And System Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

EDUCATION

  • diploma di Perito in costruzioni aeronautiche with 4 years of experience working in aircraft maintenance/airline environment in structure and system area
  • Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering with at least 3 years working in aerospace industry, focused on aircraft structure repair support
  • Good written and spoken English is required
  • Knowledge of Boeing Structure Repair Manuals and processes with both metal and composite will be a plus

An advantage will be considered a previous work experience within an airline or an aircraft operator as a technical support staff inside a Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO). Knowledge of EASA certification regulation and Part 21 will be appreciated.

REQUEST

The candidate will join the airline engineering department in cabin and systems engineering area section in charge of supporting Boeing 737-800, 767, 787 and 737 Max. Neos engineering has three main areas of activities: it is the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization for the operator, it works as production engineering in support of Neos maintenance organization and manage, with external suppliers, aircraft repairs and modification in support of operations. Candidate will work together with the team, reporting to the system and structure area manager and to the engineering manager for:

  • Evaluation of structure damage in collaboration with Neos or other part 145. When required, is able to propose alternate methods to Boeing or external agencies in order to allow a timely and effective aircraft return to service
  • She/He is able to autonomously retrieve correct drawings and parts required to complete a repair
  • In collaboration with the team, will work to keep track of aircraft repairs and to schedule final repairs
  • Continuous airworthiness and technical surveillance of the fleet
  • Manufacturer Service Bulletins evaluation
  • Fleet Reliability analysis
  • Although main focus will be in structures, the candidate is also able to deal with systems maintenance in order to fulfill area needs in supporting cabin and systems on different fleets

AVIONICS ENGINEER [COORDINATOR]

EDUCATION

  • diploma di Perito Industriale in Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni with at least 5 years of experience working in aircraft maintenance/airline environment.
  • Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering with at least 3 years working in aerospace industry, focused on aircraft systems support.
  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering with at least 3 years working in aircraft avionics technical support/avionics installation design.
  • Good written and spoken english is required.

Advantages will be considered:

  • Positive team work attitude
  • a previous work experience in an airline or an aircraft operator as a technical support staff inside a Continous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) or as design engineer in a DOA on avionics system.
  • Knowledge, documented by level 3 course, and working experience managing 737-800 and/or 787 avionics or at least a Boeing aircraft in air transport category.
  • Knowledge of networking and IT software security systems will be appreciated.

REQUEST

The candidate will join the airline engineering department Avionics section in charge of supporting Boeing 737-800, 767-300, 787-9 and in the near future 737-8 MAX. Neos avionics engineering has three main areas of activities: it is the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) for the operator, it works as production engineering in support of Neos and third parties maintenance organization and manage, by its own or with external suppliers , the aircraft modification in support of operations (mainly cabin, avionics and ife mod). For 787-9 and 737-MAX a section of Avionics engineering, manage the back office for the E-enabling support.

Candidate will report to avionics section manager and to the engineering manager and its main duties will be:

  • internal projects coordination, in collaboration with e-enabling section.
  • Avionics area projects management and coordination with other company departments.
  • Continuous airworthiness and technical surveillance of the fleet.
  • Manufacturer Service documents evaluation.
  • Modification evaluation and configuration control
