INFORMATION ON WHO CAN LEGITIMATELY COME BACK IN ITALY AND ON RESTRICTIVE MEASURES FOR THOSE WHO COME TO OUR COUNTRY
It calls attention to what is indicated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, following the very recent Ordinance of the Minister of Health in consultation with the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport regarding the precautionary measures to be followed by those returning to Italy from abroad, available HERE.
In particular, the return that is absolutely urgent is to be considered legitimate. It is therefore, for example, allowed the return of Italian citizens or foreigners residing in Italy who are abroad temporarily (for tourism, business or other). Italian citizens forced to permanently leave the foreign country where they worked or studied are also allowed to return to Italy (because, for example, they were fired, they lost their home, their course of study was definitively interrupted).
Please note that the reasons for absolute urgency must be declared, under one's own responsibility, in the appropriate self-declaration, available HERE.
It is recommended to prepare it and print it in multiple copies before departure.

EXTRA BAGGAGE INFORMATION
For the flights mentioned above no extra baggage payment will be required. Hand baggage cannot exceed 5 kg, and for the safety of the airport staff any hold baggage cannot exceed the weight limit of 32 kg.
WEB CHECK-IN NOT AVAILABLE
For these flights the web check-in service is not available, it will be carried out free of charge at the airport.
Finally, Neos reminds that from 16 March after the closure of Milan Malpensa Terminal 1, flights will depart from Terminal 2 and registration will take place at check-in desks 3404.
Following the decree of the Prime Minister published in the Officito Journto of 9 March 2020, n. 14 (OJ Generto Series n. 62 of 09-03-2020): "Further implementing instructions of the decree-law 23 February 2020, n .6 providing urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiologicto emergency from COVID-19" which has extended the measures referred to art. 1 of the Prime Minister's decree of 8 March 2020 (OJ No. 59 of 08-03-2020) throughout Italy, we inform you of the following:
In compliance with the extraordinary provisions in force for the containment of the COVID-19 contagion, Neos had to suspend its flight schedule on the dates specified below for each country.
For each booking departing within these dates, will be issued a voucher which can be used for new reservations departing within 12 months from the date of issue and for any destination operated by Neos.
