Amritsar Route Reopening from July 2nd

We are pleased to announce the resumption of flights to and from Amritsar starting July 2nd. Flights are already available for purchase on our website.

We operate the following routes:

• Milan Malpensa (MXP) – Amritsar: direct flights every Wednesday and Friday;
• Rome Fiumicino (FCO) – Amritsar: every Wednesday with a stopover in Milan Malpensa.

Operational Update – Flights to/from Amritsar

Due to recent military conflicts in the border area between India and Pakistan, all flights to and from Amritsar have been suspended from May 6th through the end of June.

Neos continues to closely monitor the evolving situation with the aim of resuming operations under full safety conditions. Although some signs of improvement have been observed, we believe it is necessary to wait until July before resuming scheduled flights.

Therefore, all Neos flights to/from Amritsar will remain suspended for the entire months of May and June.

If you have purchased a ticket for flights to/from Amritsar scheduled for departure in May or June, you are entitled to:

• Rebooking on a flight starting from July 1st
• Or a full refund of your ticket

Ticket management will take place through the original booking channel:

• Booking via travel agency: please contact your travel agent
• Booking via website: you will receive an email with a link to request a date change or refund
