From Italy to China
Passengers departing to China shall:
- Take nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests within 48 hours before boarding. Passengers must take the tests at a public or private medical institution recognized by the Italian government. Passengers must present the negative results of both tests at check-in counters. Children under 3 years old are not required to take the tests
- Complete the online check-in on the Neos website starting from 48 hours before the flight, and upload the Covid test PRC certificate directly to the web check-in page
- present the green health code with the "HS" mark within its validity period to the airline before boarding. For further information please visit the page www.hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn
- Visa issued after November 3rd 2020 or visa type “C”. Diplomatic, Service or Courtesy visas are also valid (ONLY FOR NON-CHINESE NATIONALITY PASSENGERS)
- Valid identity document (FOR CHINESE NATIONALITY PASSENGERS)
- Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (FOR HONG KONG AND MACAO PASSENGERS)
From 26th November 2020, for all passengers leaving from Milan to Nanjing, we implemented a rapid Covid-19 test in collaboration with Sea and Gruppo San Donato. The rapid tests will be carried out in a dedicated area inside the airport, with separated entrance and exit. All passengers will receive a privacy disclaimer and an certificate of test execution following the regional note prot. G1.2020.0037779 of 05.11.2020 issued by Regione Lombardia. In case of positive result, the passenger will not be able to board the flight and will undergo a molecular test on site. The costs will be entirely covered by Neos.
To make the process as streamlined and quick as possible, we kindly ask all passengers to:

From China to Italy
Passengers departing from China to Italy shall:
- carry out fiduciary quarantine for 14 days after arriving in Italy
- PCR test is NOT required for passengers travelling to Italy
IMPORTANT
We remind you that travel to / from China is prohibited except for the reasons listed in the DPCM in force (ex. urgency, work, study, health, return to residence)
