COVID19 SELF-CERTIFICATION ONLINE

Pursuant to the Prime Ministerial Decree of 11/06/2020, passengers can complete the self-certification starting 48 hours before the flight departure time by accessing the Web Check-in section. We remind you that for minors under the age of 18, the self-certification must be signed by the parent or guardian. Only after completing the self-certification will it be possible to perform the web check-in, where available. In the event that anomalies are found in completing the online self-certification, it is possible to download it HERE. We ask you to keep a hard copy with you to show at the airport during check-in.

You can take the swab on arrival in Bologna at the Ausl garrison located at the bus parking area in front of the arrivals. The test is open to everyone, citizens of any province or region and foreigners who return to Italy for work or residence reasons.
The test will be carried out only on passengers who have booked the tampon on the Ausl platform in Bologna

COMPULSORY SWABS FOR SENEGAL

At the moment, airlines bound for Senegal can only embark on some limited categories of passengers arriving from Italy (residents and others), as established by the Senegalese Ministry of Tourism circular no. 03/2020. In particular, the Senegalese residence card is required for residents, while for the other admitted categories, an authorization issued by the Senegalese Embassy in Rome or the Consulate General in Milan is required. In particular, in order to arrive in Senegal, a negative COVID-19 test is required, carried out no later than seven days from the date of departure, as established by circular from the local authorities no. 02/2020. Passengers arriving in Senegal will also need to complete a declaration available on the Dakar airport website


Following the decree of the Prime Minister published in the Officito Journto of 9 March 2020, n. 14 (OJ Generto Series n. 62 of 09-03-2020): "Further implementing instructions of the decree-law 23 February 2020, n .6 providing urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiologicto emergency from COVID-19" which has extended the measures referred to art. 1 of the Prime Minister's decree of 8 March 2020 (OJ No. 59 of 08-03-2020) throughout Italy, we inform you of the following:

In compliance with the extraordinary provisions in force for the containment of the COVID-19 contagion, Neos had to suspend its flight schedule on the dates specified below for each country.

For each booking departing within these dates, will be issued a voucher which can be used for new reservations by the deadline indicated on the same for any destination operated by Neos.

FLYING TO SARDINIA
  • All passengers travelling to Sardinia must register themselves before departure on line via Sardinia region web site: sus.regione.sardegna.it. Once registration is done and complete, passengers will receive an email of receipt together with ID code and ID number. This receipt must be shown at check-in or gate before departure as proof of registration for travelling to Sardinia.

Following what is indicated in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 07 August, please note that boarding is only allowed for passengers wearing surgical masks or higher (FFP2-FFP3). All passengers who show up without adequate PPE may be denied access to the security restricted area.

FLYING TO SPAIN (BALEARIC AND CANARY ISLANDS)
  • All passengers arriving to Spain must undergo a health check before entering the country, which may include taking the temperature, a documentation check and a visual check.
  • The control of temperature with non-contact tehermometers or thermal-imaging cameras will be routinary to identify travelers with fever. A temperature equal to or higher than 37.5 ºC is established as the detection limit. Personal data and images captured by thermal-imaging cameras will not be stored, and passenger privacy must be guaranteed at any time.
  • All passengers originating from any airport outside Spanish territory, must complete a public health form that must be fullfilled electronically before starting the trip through the website www.spth.gob.es or by using the free app SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SpTH. Once the form is completed, the passenger will obtain a QR code, which must be presented upon arrival in Spain.
  • The passengers with a temperature above 37.5 ºC, or those who, based on the information contained in the form, or after visual control, are suspected of having COVID-19, will undergo a new health test and the established health alert protocols will be activated.
FLYING TO GREECE
  • All travellers, children included, are required to complete their PLF (Passenger Locator Form) on-line at least 24 hours before entering Greece (preferably 2 or 3 days before the flight) providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece.
  • The Passenger Locator Form is accessible on this link: travel.gov.gr. Once the registration is completed, travellers will receive a QR code which must be kept and shown at the airport of departure and arrival. The QR code is considered a mandatory travel requirement, as per Greek Government directive issued on July 14, 2020, therefore, passengers who arrive at departure airport without a QR code, cannot be boarded.
  • All passengers arriving at Greek airports must comply with all the necessary preventive hygiene measures (mandatory use of masks, physical distancing etc).
FLYING TO CHINA

Passengers departing to China shall:

  • Perform the Covid PCR test which will then be carried out again upon arrival in China in addition to the mandatory quarantine in a facility designated by the Chinese authorities. The Covid PRC test must be carried out starting from 120 hours (5 days) before the flight. Tests carried out before 120 hours will not be considered valid and boarding will be confirmed only following the negative result of the test.
  • Complete the online check-in on the Neos website starting from 48 hours before the flight, and upload the Covid test PRC certificate directly to the web check-in page.
  • Complete the Health Declaration form self-certification requested by the Chinese authorities online at health.customsapp.com within and no later than 24 hours from the departure of the flight and keep evidence to be shown at the check-in counters in Italy and upon arrival in China.

The documents required for entry in China are:

  • Visa issued after March 28, 2020 (ONLY FOR NON-CHINESE NATIONALITY PASSENGERS)
  • Valid identity document (FOR CHINESE NATIONALITY PASSENGERS)
  • Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (FOR HONG KONG AND MACAO PASSENGERS)
