COVID-19 SELF-DECLARATION

The movements in and out are authorized exclusively motivated by proven work requirements, health reasons and other reasons of proven necessity. Return to one's permanent or present home address is always allowed. To justify travelling, it is necessary to show a SELF-DECLARATION FORM. It is necessary to arrive at the airport with the SELF-DECLARATION FORM filled out: it will be verified by Police staff before going through the security check.


COMPULSORY SWABS FOR SENEGAL

At the moment, airlines bound for Senegal can only embark on some limited categories of passengers arriving from Italy (residents and others), as established by the Senegalese Ministry of Tourism circular no. 03/2020. In particular, the Senegalese residence card is required for residents, while for the other admitted categories, an authorization issued by the Senegalese Embassy in Rome or the Consulate General in Milan is required. Starting from October 21st, 2020, passengers travelling to Senegal will have to show a COVID-19 PRC test with a negative result at check-in. The test must be carried out no more than 5 days before departure, done in Italy in a laboratory approved by the Ministry of Health. This certificate is an essential requirement to have boarding authorization from Senegal authority. Passengers arriving in Senegal will also need to complete a declaration available on the Dakar airport website


Following the decree of the Prime Minister published in the Officito Journto of 9 March 2020, n. 14 (OJ Generto Series n. 62 of 09-03-2020): "Further implementing instructions of the decree-law 23 February 2020, n .6 providing urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiologicto emergency from COVID-19" which has extended the measures referred to art. 1 of the Prime Minister's decree of 8 March 2020 (OJ No. 59 of 08-03-2020) throughout Italy, we inform you of the following:

In compliance with the extraordinary provisions in force for the containment of the COVID-19 contagion, Neos had to suspend its flight schedule on the dates specified below for each country.

For each booking departing within these dates, will be issued a voucher which can be used for new reservations by the deadline indicated on the same for any destination operated by Neos.

FLYING TO CHINA

Passengers departing to China shall:

  • Take nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests within 48 hours before boarding. Passengers must take the tests at a public or private medical institution recognized by the Italian government.
  • Passengers must present the results of both tests at check-in counters. Boarding will be confirmed only following the negative result of the tests.
  • present the green health code with the "HS" mark within its validity period to the airline before boarding (for Chinese passengers only). For further information please visit the page www.it.china-embassy.org/chn
  • present the certified health declaration form within its validity period to the airline before boarding (for Non-Chinese passengers). For further information please visit the page www.it.china-embassy.org/chn
  • complete the online check-in on the Neos website starting from 48 hours before the flight, and upload the Covid test PRC certificate directly to the web check-in page

The documents required for entry in China are:

  • Visa issued after November 3rd 2020 or visa type “C”. Diplomatic, Service or Courtesy visas are also valid (ONLY FOR NON-CHINESE NATIONALITY PASSENGERS)
  • Valid identity document (FOR CHINESE NATIONALITY PASSENGERS)
  • Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (FOR HONG KONG AND MACAO PASSENGERS)

We remind you that travel to / from China is prohibited except for the reasons listed in the DPCM in force (ex. urgency, work, study, health, return to residence)
